The team’s goal is to be as professional as it is fun in its work, in order to make both the company and its clients successful.
Up until recently, the firm was using standalone systems, such as Myfactory ERP software, Twinfield accounting tool and Basecone invoicing system, to manage the different daily operations.
The team realized how time-consuming and inefficient having to juggle multiple tools was, especially when some key features were missing. Indeed, employees had to make their own to-do lists as there were no planning and task functionalities within Myfactory.
Therefore, everyone wished for integrated flexible planning, customer relationship management and accounting systems. That is why the decision was then made to change software, in order to:

Completing the implementation process in just one month
With the valuable help, guidance and coaching of Proodoo, an implementation partner, setting up and configuring Odoo started in June 2023 and was completed in just one month with the following steps:
Preparation of the workflows: Proodoo prepared in advance the necessary workflows within the different modules.
Testing phase: 4you accountancy teams tested the workflows in order to make slight adjustments where needed and make it a perfect fit for the employees’ use.
Launching the software: Once the applications were prepared, tested, and implemented, the teams started to use the software on a daily basis to handle their different operations and tasks.
Benefiting from extensive experience in accounting, service provision and logistics, Proodoo took a proactive approach to set up Odoo’s software taking into account the specific needs of 4you accountancy in terms of services and disciplines integration. A smart combination made it possible to achieve efficiency within the planning and control processes.

Ever since 4you accountancy implemented Odoo’s software, the company has gained more control and visibility over the business in general, and is planning on stepping forward continuously with the business.
At first, the team was not super enthusiastic with the idea of changing software. But today, the employees entirely embrace Odoo. They appreciate the insights and overview on operations and workflows the tool is offering, and are still surprised to realize all the possibilities that exist within the fully integrated system.
