Whenever an online order is placed via its Odoo-powered retail website, the online system synchronizes that piece of information on the backend. Within the Website app, Odoo categorizes these online sales into paid and unpaid orders and suggests next steps, such as creating invoices and sales orders (SOs), to accelerate the sales cycle.
RFW can also filter out potential customers by viewing website visitors with an abandoned shopping cart on Odoo to automate emails to close the deal sooner.

Wine Searcher & Vivino Integrations
The ERP software's open-source nature enables RFW to integrate its business management system with Wine Searcher, a popular price comparison and retail platform exclusively for the wine industry.
