Hey Alexis,

It seems Odoo doesn’t automatically link the new sales orders to the properties in the Properties app. You’ll likely need a custom automation or script to make that happen. If you're comfortable with Odoo Studio or some custom development, that should work. As for replacing the old contract, that's not something Odoo handles natively, so you might need to adjust the system's configuration or workflows to ensure the new sales order replaces the old contract.
