The Invoicing App Legacy banner appears on invoices that were created on the Invoice Application before the Accounting Application was installed.

In this scenario the value on the invoice's prior to installing the Accounting Application would have been brought in via the trial balance when going live with the Accounting Application. Hence there will not be any need for these invoices to have Journal Entries.
