Halil Commerce et Industrie has operated since 1999 as importer and distributor of the Opel automotive brand within the Algerian territory. Using an ERP that did not meet its customization requirements, the company decided to change software to gain flexibility and benefit from a solution tailored to its needs. When Halil Commerce et Industrie first started doing business in the automotive industry back in 1999, the company was an accredited agent for several brands before becoming in 2023 an official importer and distributor of the Opel brand across Algeria. 

Prior to 2023, Halil Commerce et Industrie was using incadea’s ERP, a solution that was not entirely fulfilling its needs in terms of customized modules. Therefore, the team started looking at other options with specific criteria in mind. The company needed a management software that would meet the following requirements:
