First steps towards digitization
Even as a leader in the field, not everything can be perfect. Majar Jardinería had its own organizational stumbling block. There was no standard for generating quotes, which meant that each employee followed their own criteria when organizing information.
These organizational problems always have consequences. In this case, there were errors when analyzing data, such as not invoicing work performed, loss of information in communications with customers, difficulties in reading performance, duplication in purchases, and a long list of other issues.
These problems are common in companies without management software appropriate for their activity, which means a loss of both time and money.
In addition to organizational problems, they also faced a lack of digitization. Making the leap to Odoo not only meant an improvement in organization, but also a reduction in paper use, automation of workflows, and a reduction in inefficiencies in day-to-day processes.
