Before implementing Odoo, Rack Perú Logistics relied on an ERP developed by Mecalux. After becoming independent, they temporarily switched to Excel spreadsheets, managing income, expenses, and profits manually.
They later adopted Holded, a Spanish ERP that offered useful modules like CRM and Accounting, but it fell short in complying with local regulations and, above all, in integrating all areas of the company.
