All records on Odoo Sales are synchronized on Odoo Inventory in real-time. Thanks to this, the stock count is updated immediately on the Inventory app when a sale order is made. With this integration, the teams can keep track of the stock levels of all products and replenish when needed, as the system automates email to alert the team when a certain product is running out or when a batch is approaching its expiry date.

A Cloud-based Solution For Efficient Operations

Some of the best features of Odoo come with its cloud-based nature. As all data is shared across modules instantaneously, Champion Petive experiences a much-streamlined workflow in all its operations, especially in accounting.

Before using Odoo, the team would have to spend half a day at the end of every week bookkeeping, checking all journal entries to ensure they matched the actual sales data.
