I've noticed a recurring theme in the Odoo community: the limitations of the standard email system. Many of you face issues with IMAP synchronization, the lack of a true unified inbox, and problems with forwarding and drafts.

Thanks, but like I said in my post” I have already set up my in and out going email settings. That isn’t the problem. Here is the problem. If I send you and email from with in Odoo and then you reply to that email, everything works fine. My problem is if someone Emails me from out of the blue it won’t show up in Odoo. Every potential customer out in the
realworld doesn’t use Odoo.
