In Odoo's Repair module, the service fee for a repair is typically applied when a quotation is created for the repair order. This is done by adding service-type products (such as labor charges or inspection fees) directly to the repair order lines before confirming the quotation. However, the repair order form does not have a dedicated "Service" section—instead, both parts and services are listed together in the same line items. As for the delivery of the repaired product back to the customer, this process is determined when the repair status is changed to "Repaired." This happens when the "End Repair" button is clicked, which signals that the repair is complete and the item is ready to be returned to the customer. At this point, the workflow can trigger a stock movement or delivery order depending on how the repair process is configured.
